Programme
Our afternoon includes periods of guided sitting and walking meditation,
and a short 'dharma' talk about some aspect of Insight practice.
There are opportunities for questions and facilitated sharing.
Covid Safety
Come only if you are well. Do not attend if you have any symptoms that could be Covid-related.
Cost
Through the practice of dana over 2600 years, the invaluable dharma teachings have been passed down to us - therefore, the teachings are offered freely. Reciprocal generosity encouraged.
Any amount of dana (cash or online payment) is gratefully received.
Your offering loosens self-clinging, and keeps the teachings alive: supporting the liberation of all beings.

What to bring
- Firm cushion or stool for sitting meditation (we have some cushions and stools available)
- Perhaps a warm shawl or blanket
- Loose, comfortable clothing
- Water bottle, and perhaps a snack.
